Welcome to Barbara's Dog Lodge!

Our Story

 At Barbara's Dog Lodge, we believe that dogs are not just pets, they are members of the family. That's why we treat every dog that comes through our doors with the same love and attention that we give to our own pets. We strive to create a home away from home for your furry friend.

Our Services

We offer a variety of services including daycare, and overnight boarding. A member of our staff will be with your pet throughout the day, and onsite at night. We strive to provide a positive experience for each pet individually.

Our Facility

Our facility features an indoor and a large fenced in outdoor play area, cozy individual sleeping quarters, and plenty of toys to keep your pet entertained. Our facility is cleaned regularly to ensure the health and safety of all pets.

    Accommodations

    At Barbara’s Dog Lodge your pet will have unrestricted access to a large fenced in play area where they will be able to get some fresh air, relax, and have some fun. They will be able to enjoy lots of room to run around and play outside.


    Your dog will also have a private kennel with a comfy bed where they will be able to eat, and relax indoors. 

    Dog Daycare & Boarding

    Drop your dog off in the morning for a full day of fun and play, while you’re out working or enjoying some time off. By the time you pick up your pup they will be happily tired, and as they say a tired dog is a happy dog.


    Barbara's Dog Lodge can provide your pup with relief from boredom, loneliness and separation anxiety, and will leave you feeling guilt free about leaving your pup alone at home all day. 

    Dog Daycare Rates

    Dog Daycare is open 7 days a week, from 7:00am to 7:00pm


    Drop off time is between 7:00am to 9:30am


    Pick up time is between 11:00am to 12:30pm for half day, or between 4:00pm to7:00pm for full day


    Rates: 

    • Full day $30 
    • Half day $20

    Dog Boarding Rates

    Dog Boarding is available 7 days a week, by reservation only


    Drop off and Pick up time is between 7:00am to 9:30am or between 4:00pm and 7:00pm for an additional daycare fee


    Rate: $40 per day

    Frequently Asked Questions

    Please reach us at BarbarasDogLodge@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

    When dropping off your pet, it's important to bring the following items:

    • Leash and collar/harness
    • Food and a serving scoop (enough for their stay plus 1 extra day)
    • Medications that your pet is currently taking


    Extras (only if desired):

    • Blankets, small beds, pillows
    • Toys
    • Special feeding bowls

    We currently accept cash and e-transfers.

    In order for your dog to stay at Barbara's Dog Lodge we need the following:

    • Signed Pet Care Agreement, and Pet Assessment Form (will be provided to you)
    • Proof of up to date vaccinations (rabies, bordatella, and distemper)
    • We also recommend that your dog be put on a tick prevention medication while staying with us

    Unfortunately, no. Due to the size and design of our facility, we are currently only accepting dogs that are well socialized with both people and other pets.
